Job Description:

As a Project Manager your primary role is to support our Project Management team at implementing and monitoring Mobile & Digital Campaigns, and cooperating with Sales, Copywriting & Technical departments to ensure project smooth and flawless performance, as well as address possible issues.

What you will need to do:
  • Μanage projects in the area of Mobile Marketing and Advertising for mobile operators and media channels worldwide
  • Coordinate both with technical and product teams for the flawless and on-time delivery of new features and product enhancements respectively
  • Define project scope, targets and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders
  • Develop and review all major deliverables (i.e. strategic brief, function spec, legal documents, etc.) as to ensure quality standards and that client’s expectations are met
  • Develop project plans, monitor, and keep track of progress
  • Develop optimization plans, monitor, and keep track of progress
  • Act as the lead point of contact and maintain strong, long-lasting relationship with the client
  • Cooperate closely with the project team in order to maintain a continuous knowledge of project status in order to identify potential issues and/or opportunities within or related to the project
  • Coordinate with internal teams (i.e. Sales, Technical, Copywriting, Digital, Product) to ensure quality of deliverables within agreed timelines
  • Identify user trends and propose data-driven solutions
  • Propose innovative techniques and solutions to enhance user experience and ARPU
  • Focus on data-driven continuous improvement of user experience through A/B testing.
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within-budget and are consistent with our company’s high standards
  • Ensure healthiness of the services and take actions when needed to manage potential crisis / issues
  • Come up with enticing concepts, create storylines and produce creative, clear, captivating and effective original messages
  • Prepare reports to the management and to the client
  • Work on financial reports & reconciliation processes
  • Perform performance monitoring, health checks, and handling of alerts

What you will need to have:
  • BSc/MSc degree in relevant field (Business, Technical, Math, Marketing)
  • 2+ years of work experience in mobile telecom ecosystem
  • Advanced Excel analysis and reporting skills with good knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English
  • Technical understanding and familiarity
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills; good with numbers and calculations
  • Ability to perform under pressure and deliver results in a demanding and fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivation and eagerness to take ownership of responsibilities
  • Versatile and open-minded personality, able to communicate with all departments
  • Team player spirit with an enthusiastic and hands-on attitude
